Is there a transaction fee?

There is a $497 transaction fee which covers admin and E&O costs.

$100 OFF if client uses in-house mortgage services.

What if I'm a newer agent?

Mentorship required for new agents which comes to a rate of 70/30 split of the final sales price of the transaction.

Additional mentorship upon request. Subject to broker approval.

How do you define a "new agent" that needs mentoring?
